Authors are invited to submit manuscripts in any of the technical areas listed on the “BIHTEL-2016 topics” page. Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically to the conference on-line submissions system. Please, prepare an electronic version of your paper according to the Style and Format (submit blinded versions – without author’s information), without conversion and checking with (.PDF) IEEE file format, that has to be done only for final version of accepted paper.
All papers submitted to BIHTEL-2016 undergo a blinded peer-review proces (process that assures anonymity of the reviewers and authors). A manuscript will be reviewed by at least 2 reviewers, who will give comments and – if the submission gets accepted – the authors submit a revised (“camera-ready”) version that takes into account this feedback. The review process is managed by the members of Program Committee.
Please use IEEE Conference Templates to format your papers. You can find templates (please use A4 paper size) at the IEEE Conference Templates site.
Moreover, several requirements on the pdf files and the style of the manuscript are imposed. Briefly:
Final Paper Format of accepted paper
The paper size is limited to 8Mbyte and the paper length should not exceed 6 pages including figures and references. For the final submissions, up to 2 extra pages (maximum 8 pages) are permitted. However, a prepayment of 50 euros per page will be required at the time of the final submission for every extra page beyond 6 page.
After preparing the manuscript and converting it to PDF, you should Test your pdf document to make sure that it meets above requirements using IEEE PDF eXpress. IEEE PDF eXpress is a service provided by IEEE to prospective participants of IEEE conferences. At the IEEE PDF eXpress website manuscript source files may be uploaded for conversion to IEEE compliant pdf, and pdf files may be submitted to be tested for compliance. Authors who wish to avail themselves of this service need an account at IEEE PDF eXpress and a conference ID issued by IEEE PDF eXpress.
IEEE Copyright Requirement
CMT has built in support for submitting IEEE copyright form. If configured, Authors will be redirected to IEEE eCF site to submit copyright form. After filling out the IEEE copyright form on eCF site, Authors need to download the form and upload it into CMT. The copyright forms can later be downloaded by the Chairs/Proceeding Editors.
Submit your paper.
